High performance fiber reinforced concrete

Abstract

Basic properties of the high performance concrete reinforced with steel fibers are described. This material is classified into known types, and properties of the reactive powder concrete are analyzed in more detail. In the experimental section, the authors present results of the analysis aimed at determining the influence of steel fibers and curing on mechanical properties of this concrete. Results obtained during this analysis are used for comparison with an ordinary fiber reinforced concrete and high performance concrete.
