Construction management organisational model

Abstract

Development of organizational model for construction management is described. The role of the organization managing a project, and its relations with other participants in the construction process, are considered. The requirements to be met by a project management organization, as well as those to be met by project manager, are presented and defined. Obligations and responsibilities assumed by project management organizations in their relations with clients are described. The project management model used on complex construction projects is presented.
